Registered Architect, Member of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland (MRIAI).
Formal qualifications (Dip. Arch. B. Arch. Sc.) from Dublin Institute of Technology, Bolton St. and Trinity College Dublin. Planning and Architectural Services proviuded include residential, commercial, educational, aged-care and industrial design, planning applications. planning advice, building surveys, certification, and 3D computer imaging. Experience includes 20 years as a practicing architect in RIAI-registered architectural firms in Ireland. Extensive experience has been gained in residential design and planning, primarily whilst serving as an Architect and Associate in the practices of O\'Mahony Pike Architects (1992-2001) and Fenton Simons Associates (2001-2009). As the Senior Project Architect/Team Leader, over 50 planning applications have been successful, ranging in scale from single houses and house extensions to mixed developments of over 400 units. Likewise, to date approximately 30 projects have been constructed, varying in scale from domestic extensions to large-scale 30 million euro mixed reidential/commercial developments.
