John Nolan & Associates was set up in 2006 by the principle Mr John Nolan BE Ceng MIEI. John has over ten years experience in the Irish construction industry and is a chartered engineer and a member of The Institute of Engineers of Ireland. We are based in Churchtown, Dublin 14, County Dublin, Ireland.
John Nolan & Associates provide a wide range of services associated with property including building energy rating certificates (BER's), surveys, project management, certificates of compliance and engineering reports. Please click on the services link for further details.

Our principle, Mr John Nolan, is a member of The Institute of Engineers of Ireland. He is a Chartered Engineer which is a recognition by The Institute of Engineers of Ireland that he has achieved required professional competences. Chartered Engineer is the legal title used by professional engineers in Ireland.
We carry full professional indemnity insurance through McGivern Flynn & Co Corporate Insurance Brokers.
