At last a jobs board that matches people looking for flexible work to companies looking for flexible staff i.e. part-time, freelance, contract and telework. It works similar to online dating where jobseekers (professionals) create a profile which summarizes their experience (NOT A CV) while employers create a job spec which summarizes the expertise they’re looking for and the system automatically matches them. Like online dating, it’s an introductory service and both parties follow their typical recruitment process once they’ve been connected on Flexitimers. Given the trend away from using recruitment companies, this site is a self-service jobs board which allows companies and professionals to contact each other directly allowing you to save time and money.
