Bill Bennett was born in Dundalk, Co. Louth and has lived on the Wirral (Merseyside), Deal in Kent and is presently residing in Neath, South Wales. He was a good athlete in the 1960s ... he ran the mile in 4mins 7secs and won various championships at Cheshire County, Liverpool & District, RAF and Combined Services level. He still runs and jogs whenever he gets the opportunity. He does a great Dean Martin Tribute which as he says is as good as anyones.
